Overnight with a Mistress

There is something very mystical and intriguing about the idea of being with a Mistress all night in her studio. Many people book overnight appointments, and many others are curious about them. What kind of magic is happening overnight that is not happening in a regular afternoon appointment? What are you missing out on?

Most people contact me for a wild, lengthy experience. Part of my professionalism, and something I pride myself on, is crafting an incredible experience for someone, but also talking people out of the appointments they present to me, when I know they would not be right for them. I instead try to come up with a similar experience better suited for them. As someone who specializes in extended experiences, I am here to break down overnight experiences, what they are, why people choose them, and whether they are right for you.

Almost all overnight appointments begin with several hours of play first. 6 pm to 10 pm or 8 pm to midnight, for example, but this can differ. From that point, the point where most people are usually "going to bed," the ratio of play hours to sleep hours differs greatly depending on the appointment.

The servant

Those who are service-oriented (also known as slaves) are one of the types of people who enjoy overnight experiences. This is because they want to feel that they are owned by you, and here to serve you by doing chores, rubbing your feet, cleaning, and so on. While their appointment theme might have typical kinky experiences happening (bondage, impact play, whatever they are into), they are the type who want to help clean up the appointment, get the Mistress a glass of water or hot tea, massage her feet, or be curled up under her feet for aftercare. They are happy to sleep in a cage feeling like a pet, in chains/shackles as her owned and consensually imprisoned servant, on the floor at the foot of her bed, or in another place. They may start their morning (once freed from a cage, etc.), making Mistress coffee and breakfast. The act of sleeping in the same vicinity as her makes their experience feel like "this is how they would live, if this were their day-to-day reality. If I were owned by her and this were our life." They could also be thinking, "this is how I like to serve her and be kept as her servant, for the times I am here. This is my preference." This appointment type allows both parties to get a full night's sleep.

The captive

The "captive" is a person who loves to be held prisoner in different forms, usually inescapable and intense bondage, for long periods of time. Along with bondage, other kinky acts might also occur. The person who is "the captive" may or may not be submissive. They may just have a kinky fantasy and love bondage and captivity.

The overnight portion for the captive can go in one of two different ways. The first is that the captive wants to try to sleep all night in fairly intense bondage or in some kind of intense captivity. The Mistress figures out a method for this that seems the safest and still restrictive. Despite the efforts for safety, the Mistress still needs to be able to hear if the captive needs assistance in the middle of the night. She often sleeps very little. She attempts to sleep, usually within earshot of the captive, and can sometimes use a baby monitor, etc. It is not uncommon for her to be woken up by the captive who is having an issue and needs their bondage adjusted due to discomfort for safety, or to be let out entirely to use the restroom. This can happen when the captive simply cannot urinate while lying down, despite things in place for urination, such as diapers or external catheters. There are also people who panic and want to be let out. This could be because they are new to this, or they have gotten too much in their heads about their compromised situation when they are, in fact, perfectly safe.

The other way this overnight portion works with the captive is when the Mistress plays with the captive all night long. She might be doing a whole long scene that begins at 8 pm but ends at 5 am. Or she might be keeping the captive up all night, coming in and out of the room, and tormenting them randomly, while they are abandoned in captivity.

Both parties sleep perhaps 2-3 hours at the end of the night. Or sometimes not at all.

Timing Needs

Overnight appointments sometimes are booked ONLY because of timing. The sub may only have overnight hours free and wants to do a long appointment. This is an appointment they would prefer to do in the daytime hours, but can't. These hours are this way usually do to their home or work life.

The Marathon

Sometimes these appointments go overnight because even though they actually began in the daytime, they are meant to be a marathon of torment, lasting 16 to 24 hours. Or even several days. Sometimes these types of appointments are so long and exhausting that a Mistress has another Mistress tapping in to give her a break for sleep.

"Timing needs" and "marathon sessions" are what they are. The overnight portion cannot be helped. Timing needs appointments are just the way the schedule falls. Marathon sessions are always going to fall overnight at some point, given how long they are. So let's forget these two types.

Most of you readers might fall into "the servant" and "the captive" categories. Let's discuss when these are great things to experience and might be perfect for you, and when they might not be great.

Some people are not actually service-oriented, despite what their fantasy is telling them they are. Serving a Mistress seems appealing until they are actually doing it. Their fantasy tells them "she is making you rub her feet and you have to do whatever she says!"

In reality, a service sub is rubbing her feet because she asked him to, and it's bringing the real service sub great joy to have the honor of doing this, but the fantasy slave is bored or miserable doing so. So this line of thinking now goes into the caged or shackled overnight sleep portion of the appointment. People who are not actually service subs, but think they might be, will immediately become bored and lose their headspace once the Mistress leaves the room for sleep. Within an hour or two, they are bored and regretting their choices. They sometimes wake us up asking to leave and just go home or back to their hotel to sleep. We understand that this can happen, so many Mistresses are not falling asleep right away and instead stay up for a short time checking emails. We usually talk people out of these appointments who we know are not really service-oriented, but many still insist they are and want to try it. Sometimes those guys try to sleep and stick it out until the morning, wondering if they will feel better about it when they wake up.

True service-oriented slaves are blissed out sleeping in their cages or shackles, etc. They love waking up this way in the morning. They also love waking up in the middle of the night in this manner of sleep and being reminded of where they are, what they are, and who they serve.

I always insist that those who are unsure of whether they are service-oriented or not have an appointment during the day hours that includes some acts of service and a "cage nap" for at least 30 minutes. This is a less expensive way to determine whether an overnight service appointment at a later date is right for you. If you find you are not service-oriented but still have fantasies of such, it's best to tell your Mistress so she can craft chores and service that contain kinky elements. For example, sweeping a floor while wearing a ball shocker, while she sits and watches and berates you. Being put away in a cage where you can watch her walk around in heels or do work for a while, giving you eye candy that stimulates you mentally. This is not "slavery," but there's nothing wrong with booking a session with this as a theme as long as both parties are on the same page.

For the captives, my advice is to forget the overnight situation entirely, unless you have a timing need, are seeking a marathon appointment, or a very important element of the appointment is to be sleep-deprived as a form of torture by the Mistress. Otherwise, if your appointment is simply a 6-12-hour play or captivity situation, I recommend just starting it in the morning or early afternoon. There is no reason otherwise for you and a Mistress to be awake all night, both of you with extreme exhaustion the following day. Not only that, but Mistresses often charge a higher per-hour rate or do not offer multi-hour discounts for overnight appointments where they will be awake most of the night. This is because it's a struggle for them to be awake all night, and they will not be able to take other appointments the next day, sometimes for 2 days afterwards, due to the exhaustion. When we have people's safety to worry about, we can't take chances working with no sleep.

The captives and those with similar long sessions, who I have talked into doing daytime scenes with vs overnights, have been really grateful I did. They admitted they had assumed the overnight "nighttime" experience seemed more "mystical and intriguing," but realized once they were here doing the same experience in the daytime that there truly was no difference, except the benefit of both parties not being awake all night. In fact, I have convinced most who only do short appointments (1-4 hrs) at night, to try their appointment in the daytime. They also had been convinced that nighttime was the only time to do something kinky, and daytime was really just the same and better for their own schedules.

I still highly recommend overnight sessions for service-oriented subs to feel what a true immersive "life of service" looks and feels like. It is really amazing to have the sights and sounds of a Mistress putting you to bed and waking you up, as well as those amazing feelings of stirring and waking, to find yourself in this amazing place in the middle of the night.

I also recommend them for those who want to be abandoned and tormented on and off all evening for the sake of sleep deprivation torture. Just be aware that this appointment may be more costly than you might assume.
